The so called „friendly alien“ is definitely the most outstanding building in Graz as well as the place where art-interested people enjoy exhibitions and food-interested ones take their selfies for an insta-post in the café. However, the branding of the modern museum does not represent any of this characteristics and in addition the website is overloaded, chaotic and not at all intuitive.
So I decided to give the brand a new, bold and urban look with clear hierarchy and a structured user interface. all my decisions are based on a detailed user research – including content and competitor audit, personas, card sorting, use cases, user flows, user journeys and of course usability tests.
